Master blender Rick Rodriguez creates the full-bodied, full-flavored West Tampa Black Maduro in Nicaragua. It delivers strong flavours of spice, earth, coffee, and sweetness and is renowned for its rich depth.

First Third: Notes of black pepper, earthiness, cedar, and dark roast coffee define the first profile. A creamy smoke texture and an underlying natural tobacco sweetness are common.

Second Third: Deeper notes of wood (oak), leather, chocolate, and faint dried fruit (raisin) appear as the pepper becomes milder. The flavours are robust and well-balanced, and the body is medium to full.

Last Third: There is a noticeable rise in flavour strength. Strong espresso, deep earth, and dark chocolate notes dominate the profile, which concludes with a lingering peppery spice and possibly a hint of charred oak.
