A well-liked mild-to-medium-bodied cigar, the Avo Classic Robusto has a smooth, creamy profile with hints of wood, nuts, and slight spice. Avo Uvezian and master blender Hendrik Kelner collaborated to create it, which offers a sophisticated and well-balanced smoking experience.
The first third
Light cedar and a characteristic creamy texture dominate the first phase, which is quite mild and smooth. There are strong roasted nut (almond, cashew) overtones as well as a faint, organic tobacco sweetness. On the retrohale, there is occasionally a very slight white pepper heat that rapidly fades.
The second third
The basic characteristics of the cigar—creamy, nutty, and woody—remain constant throughout. A subtle, organic sweetness and hints of vanilla emerge, giving richness without boosting potency. With the occasional faint trace of mild coffee or dark chocolate beginning to show, the flavour is extremely well-balanced.
Final Third
The flavours maintain their mild-to-medium body throughout the last third. The flavours of nuts, cream, and cedar last until the very finish. A clean, smooth, and gratifying finish could result from a modest increase in sweetness or the return of a subtle, peppery note.
