The boldest and spiciest piece in Drew Estate's "Yummy Bitches" series is the Deadwood Leather Rose Petit Corona (4" x 43). It is a medium-to-full-bodied smoke that falls between premium pipe tobacco and a typical cigar in terms of its distinct "aromatic" flavour.
A distinctive sweetened cap that gives the lips an instant sugar punch
Although the Leather Rose is "infused" with fragrant properties, its natural tobacco sweetness and spicy kick are what make it so popular.
First Third: Notes of chocolate cake, honey, and brownies soon follow the cap's strong sweetness. There will be a strong, fragrant smell that reminds you of pipe tobacco or chocolate incense.
Second Third: The profile gets more nuanced and sophisticated. Black cherry, roasted coffee beans, and dark chocolate are the dominant notes. Here, the level of spice increases with cedar and white pepper.
Last Third: As the power reaches its pinnacle, the sweetness gradually diminishes. It changes into a "Mexican Hot Chocolate" character, which combines warming spices like cinnamon and nutmeg with dark chocolate.
Nicotine Strength: 4 out of 5. For a little cigar, it packs an unexpected nicotine impact. It is unquestionably medium-to-full, with a tendency toward fullness as you approach the last inch.
Body (Flavour Intensity): 5 out of 5. The taste is rather "loud." Your tongue is assaulted with strong, thick flavours from the first puff thanks to the oily Maduro wrapper, the aromatic pipe-like tobaccos, and the sweetened cap.
