The Double Connecticut Brick House Genuine tobacco cultivated in Connecticut is used for both the wrapper and binder of J.C. Newman's distinctive, medium-bodied Robusto cigar. It is distinguished by a green emphasis on its banding rather than a green box.
First Third: Begins with a discernible spice/pepper and early cedar and earthy hay notes, counterbalanced by a faint sweetness reminiscent of honey.
Second third: The pepper spiciness changes to a slightly distinct, occasionally greener note in the second third. Creamy and flowery aromas appear as the body shifts to mild-medium.
Final Third: The character effortlessly returns to the underlying cedar and white pepper spiciness as it sweetens with more noticeable honey notes.
