Most people agree that the Blackbird Rook Robusto is the most approachable cigar of the Blackbird "flock." The Rook uses a silky Sumatra leaf to provide a much creamier, gentler experience than the majority of their portfolio, which tends toward robust Brazilian wrappers.

First Third: Almond, creamy nougat, and a hint of white pepper characterise the beginning.

Second Third: A vanilla sweetness replaces the creaminess. You might detect hints of tea, cedar, and a faint pecan-like nutty element.
