Nose: The freshness of the sea breeze and the perfume of algae add maritime overtones, while the aroma of dried, even smoked dates, bananas, and figs is delightful against the backdrop of the smoky-iodine base.

Palate: Firewood, ash, smoked bacon, and fish over coals are all part of the fire motif in the foreground, followed by a hint of caramel sweetness.

Finish: nice, nautical, long enough, smoky, salty, and slightly bitter.
