Islay's Kilchoman's Machir Bay is a superb single-malt Scotch whisky. A well-balanced flavour profile with highlights of vanilla biscuits, mild fruit and hints of warm peat smoke is produced by the distillers using whisky that has been aged in ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry butts. A premium expression from the farm distillery in Islay.
