Pairing: Las Villas, Buenaventura Favoritos, Brick House Zino
Origin: Speyside Whisky
The Singleton of Dufftown, a simple, nutty, and malty single malt from Speyside, took the place of the Singleton of Auchroisk. A large percentage of European oak casks are used to mature it.
You could do much worse than create a traditional Highball if you want to incorporate this little beauty into a cocktail. What about a classic Singleton serve?
