Glasgow's King's Inch is a fantastic single-malt Scotch whisky made from a fantastic blend of first-fill Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels. This flavourful Lowlander, created by Jack Mayo and the late Jim Swan, is excellent in cocktails as well as neat. In addition to being a classic, the Scotch & Soda should create an excellent sour.
