Nose
Apricot jam and summer berries blend together with orange oil and barley sugar candies. Beneath, there's a hint of vanilla and biscuity malt.
The palate
There are lots of tangy tropical fruits here, including charred pineapple and honey drizzles. With undertones of stewed berries and ginger, vanilla leads the way with notes of creamy fudge.
Finish with buttered shortbread, candied orange, dark chocolate, and toasted oak spice.

ABV
This single malt, made from organic Scottish barley, is first gently fermented and then distilled at the carbon-neutral Nc'nean distillery. After that, the whisky is poured into a combination of American whisky and red wine barrels, supported by a smaller amount of sherry casks, to create a remarkably rich body with lots of fruity sweetness. This gorgeous single malt's environmental impact is further reduced by the striking bottle, which is constructed completely of recycled glass. Excellent overall, we must say!
