The Twelve-Year Edition of the Gurkha Cellar Reserve Although the term "toro" usually refers to a 6-inch cigar, usually in the Platinum Edition blend, it is probably a slightly non-standard size within the brand. 

First Third: Begins with notes of nuttiness (almonds/chestnuts) and sweetness. There may also be hints of volcanic salt, anise, and spice,

Second Third: Notes of earth, cedar, and leather are added, along with dark chocolate and espresso, as the flavours become more complex and well-balanced. The spice becomes a little milder.

Last Third: The flavours get more intense, culminating in well-balanced notes of deep earth, oak, and a lingering, thrilling peppery kick. Up until the very end, the smoke is smooth and pleasurable.
