First Third: Starts with a distinctive "Pepin Blast" of black and red pepper. A deep base of earth, wood, and leather appears as the heat subsides, frequently with hints of lime zest, cocoa, and baking spices.

Second Third: A creamy, more balanced stage is reached as the profile softens. The toasted nuts and smoked caramel provide a layer of sweetness to the leathery and woodsy base, while the core flavours of espresso and roasted coffee bean emerge.
