The premium Danish aromatic tobacco Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation 1982 Centennial Blend was developed to commemorate the Stokkebye family's 100-year history in the tobacco industry. It is renowned for its opulent, "top-shelf" components and sophisticated flavour profile that strikes a balance between sweet toppings and natural tobacco.
infused with a unique "top dressing" of blackberries and French vanilla. Nuts, almonds, and nougat notes have also been mentioned by several.
Room Note: 5/5 (Excellent). The blend's most notable quality is the pleasant, sweet scent it creates, which is quite socially acceptable.
Blackberry & Fruit: The light, tart blackberry topping is the most noticeable feature. Compared to typical cherry or vanilla blends, this offers a distinct dark fruit sweetness.
French Vanilla: The smoke is smoothed out and given a dessert-like feel by a creamy vanilla note.
Honey and Caramel: The Black Cavendish provides a touch of caramel or toasted sugar, while the Golden Virginias naturally add honey sweetness.
Nutty Undertones: Burley's addition offers a delicate, earthy or nutty base that keeps the mixture from getting unduly "cloying" or sweet.
