Pocas 10 Years Old Tawny Port is a well-known wood-aged fortified wine that exemplifies the mature Tawny's subtle oxidative taste. It is a non-vintage mix of excellent ports that are harvested in different years and stored in oak casks for an average of ten years. It is made by Manoel D. Poň Júnior. It is subjected to regulated oxygen exposure during the lengthy ageing process in tiny oak barrels before to bottling. As a result, it becomes a sophisticated, amber-toned wine that is ready to drink as soon as it is released, losing its youthful, rich red hue.

Location and Place of Production: The Sub-Regions: Poň's estate vineyards in the upscale Cima Corgo and Douro Superior sub-regions are used to grow grapes. The family's three historic quintas, Quinta das Quartas (the winemaking centre close to •ua), Quinta de Santa Bárbara, and Quinta de Vale de Cavalos, are the main sources of fruit. The Terroir: The vineyards flourish on extremely steep, terraced hillsides made of schist rock, which absorbs daytime heat and returns it to the vines at night.
