Taylor's 2008 Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) Port is a traditional, intensely concentrated fortified port from the venerable Taylor Fladgate family. The 2008 was made from a single outstanding crop, just like the 2009 vintage. Before being filtered and bottled in 2013, it mellowed in big oak vats for five to six years. It contains no sediment, doesn't need to be decanted at all, and can be poured directly from the bottle because it is a filtered LBV.
