The Peterson of Dublin Army Filter Heritage Fishtail 9mm is a high-end briar smoking pipe that accomplishes a unique engineering feat by fusing a conventional push-fit army mount with a 9mm moisture filter.

Army mounts are traditionally designed to be quickly disassembled when hot, however it is very difficult to incorporate a filter into this design. In order to prevent damage or warping, Peterson reinforced the shank with a hand-shaped nickel mount, allowing you to quickly disassemble the pipe during a smoke.
