The "Cavalier 2023 Limited edition" is not a special version of the Chevrolet Cavalier car; rather, it is a limited-edition cigar made by Cavalier Genève Cigars. Although a version of the Chevrolet Cavalier was offered in Mexico and China until recently, the car has been out of production in North America since 2005.
A special cigar that is released once a year, the Cavalier Genève Limited Edition 2023 is highly prized by cigar connoisseurs for its secret blend of difficult-to-find tobaccos.
Production: A total of 1,948 boxes, each holding ten cigars, were produced. The melting point of gold, expressed in degrees Fahrenheit, is represented by this number (1,948).
Blend: A closely-kept secret, the particular blend of wrapper, binder, and filler tobaccos provides a distinct smoking experience that will never be replicated in subsequent releases. The wrapper is described as Maduro.
First Third
The cigar starts off with strong notes of oak, cloves, and a hint of black pepper. The retrohale also has a noticeable sweetness reminiscent of maple syrup, which intensifies as the cigar goes on. As the smoke persists, the first spiciness on the tongue progressively intensifies.
The second third
The spice somewhat fades as the cigar moves into the second third, and the primary flavor—a blend of creamy oak and the lingering cloves note—takes center stage. On the retrohale, the sweetness of maple syrup becomes more noticeable. The body as a whole is still strong and flavourful.
The Last Third
The note of cloves fades into the background as the profile changes in the last third. Hints of dirt and toasted bread appear, and the creamy oak is joined by a new note of powdery cocoa nibs. In the background, the black pepper note reappears, giving the finish a little kick. The cigar leaves a nuanced, harmonious impression.
