Gawith Hoggarth's American CV Blend (formally Cherry & Vanilla) is a wonderful flavoured mix of Cavendish & Burley tobaccos, lightly cased, topped with cherry and vanilla flavours. It is a little similar to an ice cream cone with cherry sauce, with a light sprinkling of nuts. The base tobaccos work harmoniously with the added flavouring and can be tasted through it, though this blend can be enjoyed whilst relaxing.

On opening the packet, it reveals coarse cut rich black ribbons, entwined with chestnut and golden brown strands. The aroma is sweet and fruity because of the added flavours, but you can also make out the base tobacco notes too. It is easy to pack into the bowl and burns evenly, thoroughly, giveing a long, cool smoke.
